Shipping Costs

Smaller parcels are posted with Royal Mail with larger and higher value items being shipped by courier.

International/EU Orders

Please contact me if you wish to purchase an item and you are based outside of the UK to discuss the best options available for shipping. All items shipped outside of the UK are done so as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You may incur charges which differ depending on where in the world you are based so I recommend looking into this to avoid any nasty surprises.

Packaging

When purchasing packaging I endeavour to buy the most eco friendly and recyclable products available to me. However, in some circumstances I may reuse certain types of packaging that come into my possession, such as bubble wrap, to prevent these going to landfill. All items are packed with great care and attention due to their fragile nature.

Returns

I hope your purchase arrives safely and to your liking. In the rare event an item does arrive damaged please contact me as soon as possible as any delay will impede my ability to resolve the issue. Similarly, if you find an item is not to your liking please get in touch as soon as possible to organise the return and refund. Customers are responsible for postage and packaging costs when returning an unwanted item and must ensure it arrives unused and undamaged otherwise I will not be able to issue a refund.
